I had this exact same problem. They say send a letter from your ISP, they don't understand the response of "I am the ISP". Their front line support doesn't understand how it works and they're powerless to help, their backend understand it but doesn't care. So I told then cancel and send me a refund because they blocked me. They did it.
Market forces determine the best product and I have to say I don't miss Netflix at all.
